My process employs stakeholder collaboration, technology, visual design, and concise communication to deliver targeted learning solutions that change behaviors and improve performance. Regardless of a project's size or complexity, I verify that all my learning strategies and solutions align with desired business outcomes and provide meaningful value to my organization.
I find it exciting to be involved in instructional solutions that enable top-growth imperatives and help build a culture of learning at my organization. I am a problem-solver and educator at heart—so wanting to create and implement learning experiences that help people and organizations solve problems comes naturally to me. Organizations consist of people, so people are always at the center of my problem-solving process. Identifying and analyzing the needs and performance gaps of my organization's people—and then collaborating with them to learn which tools, resources, and skills practice they require to move them toward performance improvement—brings me closer to finding a solution. Ultimately, I can use this people data to create engaging and flexible learning experiences that inspire and adapt to changing needs.
